MASQUERADE 2010!

The Kingdom is quiet since the disappearance of King Skargon Arcane. Her Majesty, Queen Aernn Cadwryn Arcane, has sent the knights to the far reaches of DragonFen and beyond for any word of her missing husband, never giving up hope that he is still alive.

But it may be time to face the facts. The King is dead, and the Obsidian Blade is responsible.

The Obsidian Blade - a name that hints at something far more than what it reveals. The one who sent to Her Majesty the mask of Arcane and a note.... And whoever it is, they have promised to attend Masquerade.

Details:
The Event shall start at Miners Park in Firestone. This will contain the finals for the Combat Competitions, as well as the Competitions of the other Schools of Discipline. A Mask is not required in the park, though Garb is Highly Suggested.

Once DragonFen has moved into the American Legion, it shall be a Masquerade Ball. Masks or Facepaint will be Required. We ask that you wear Formal or Semi-Formal Garb, or Semi-Formal Clothing.

Tournament:
The Tournament of the Mask shall Conclude on this day. The Champion of the Rose (Queen's Champion) reserves the right to challenge the Mask Champion to an exhibition at Yule The Tournament Champion shall be chosen based on the total participation in the Competitions.

(Competitions shall be announced in the Schools of Discipline boards)

Other Information:

Dinner will be provided at the American Legion. If you have food allergies, please inform the scribe at least one month before Masquerade, so we can provide for your dietary needs.

As before, there is a bar at the American Legion. Because of this, we ask that you do not bring your own Beverages. If you have special (non-alcoholic) beverages that you would like to have at Masquerade, please contact the scribe.
