His past was as mysterious as the mask upon his face, known only to him. Tales will forever be told at taverns about this man, for legend preceded him wherever he went. The final and lone descendant of the Arcane line. Whether these stories were true, or merely tales, no one will ever know.

As for the King himself, very little was known. Was he truly the fabled Lord of The Granite Tower, who after 400 years came back to rule the lands, as legend say? Or was he an impostor, placing a mask upon his face and riding the fame of another, using a good name to get what he wanted.

Whatever the truth, Sir Skargon Arcane had ruled DragonFen from its rebirth. Appearing from the mists at the first coronation, he sat upon the throne, claiming it as his own. None questioned his claim of rule then. Still to this day none have questioned why this is, or if he truly deserved the Crown. Yet no one tried to take the throne from him.

Many feared the bite of his blade, the wise had enough sense to not question it. Those within the Kingdom loved, feared, respected, and honored him. Throughout the years, he had made many powerful allies, and even more powerful enemies.

King Skargon Arcane leaves behind a legacy, and the Kingdom, in the capable hands of his Wife, Aernn Cadwryn Arcane.
